Well done .APRIL 2013 Congratulations to Anne, Christophe, Ross and Erik on passing their Day Skipper exams , well done!! 14 April; Rachel Bernhardt passed her Day Skipper practical and theory with distinction. 22 April Congrats to Rory Rochat and Cheryl Anley on passing their practical Day Skipper exam today!!
COURSES IN 2013.... Introduction to Sailing - Any day Monday to Sunday ( you choose ) Competent Crew Course Full time course starting on a Monday; as well as a part time course starting every Saturday or Sunday. Day Skipper Course starting on Mondays @ 6PM (THEORY INTRODUCTION) and the part time course starting on Saturdays. The Practical Day skipper sailing takes place during the week and/or on weekends. The Coastal Skipper course is normally offered once a month. See the Courses Page for more details. ( WE STRUCTURE THE COURSES TO FIT YOUR TIME SCHEDULE ) Weather dependent, we generally sail on a monday, thursday, friday, saturday & sunday from 10am. and on Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 12.30pm.

The Cape Town Sailing Academy is a SA Sailing accredited Training School offering Internationally recognised sailing courses including the ICC (international certificate of competency which can be issued to SA Nationals.)
We offer Introduction to Sailing; Competent Crew; Day Skipper & Coastal Skipper Courses, as well as a Practical Sea Mileage Course and Competency in Single-Handed Sailing Techniques.See our Courses Page for all the upcoming courses! OR LET US TAILOR MAKE THE TIMES FOR ANY ACCREDITED SA SAILING COURSE TO SUIT YOU.
Remember, once you have done a sailing course with us, it does not end there. We sail regularly and you are free to join us anytime to increase your sailing skills at no extra charge, even if it's only for a few hours sailing during the week.

All our yachts are safe ocean cruisers & conform to the SAMSA and SA Sailing safety specifications with valid, up to date certificates of safety.
